Taught by someone who works like you
I lead a large software development team against tight deadlines. I know what back-to-back meetings, on-call weeks and a full Slack feel like, and I teach practices that fit into that day, not an idealized one.
Why teams do this
Constant notifications and back-to-back meetings keep people in a low-grade state of alert. That shows up as distraction, reactivity and fatigue. Learning together gives a team a shared language for resetting, and the weekly group meditations keep it going afterwards.

From students
“Normally easily distracted, I found myself more focused and able to stay on task after just the first day of class. That was with a 15-minute group meditation and another solo one later the same day.”
Rick, Massachusetts · Group class“The class was engaging and customized to each of us. The group session gave us all an opportunity to learn from each other as well as Clint.”
