Redeem Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a great way to share the gift of meditation with friends and loved ones. Recipients of a gift certificates should use the button below to contact us to:

• Attend an Introductory Talk offered by Deep Mental Rest, or
• Schedule a brief consultation with the teacher if no intro talk is currently scheduled.

The purpose of this session is to review the goals of the class, participation guidelines, and to ensure the student understands what the course entails. Failure to attend an intro talk or consultation prior to the class date may result in forfeiting the reserved spot.
