Why organizations offer this

Modern workplaces place continuous cognitive and emotional demands on employees. Many people operate in a constant state of partial attention, mental fatigue and stress accumulation.

Meditation and mindfulness training helps employees build internal resources that allow them to better navigate these demands while supporting overall wellbeing. It complements existing wellness initiatives with simple, secular, evidence-aligned practices that reduce stress, improve focus and support healthier ways of working and living.

  • Support employee mental wellbeing and burnout prevention
  • Improve focus and attention in knowledge work environments
  • Encourage healthier stress management habits
  • Strengthen psychological safety and emotional regulation
  • Demonstrate investment in employee wellbeing
  • Complement existing leadership and wellness initiatives

What employees notice

Participants commonly report:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Greater emotional balance
  • Improved concentration and clarity
  • Better sleep and recovery
  • Increased presence and engagement
  • Greater overall life satisfaction

The program is intentionally participant-centered. The primary goal is employee wellbeing rather than productivity optimization, which helps wellbeing initiatives feel trusted and sustainable. The result is healthier employees and a workplace culture that visibly values human wellbeing.

The six weeks

The program assumes no experience. It unfolds in two progressive levels, starting with simple guided practice for people who have never meditated and building toward meditation and mindfulness skills people can use on their own.

Level 1: Introduction to meditation

  1. Week 1
Introduction to meditationProgram orientation. How stress impacts the body, and how meditation works with stress and the nervous system. A guided first experience.
  2. Week 2
Handling distractionsFrom minor distractions to major interruptions.
  3. Week 3
Making it a daily habitTips and tricks for making meditation a daily habit, for busy people who feel they have no time to meditate.

Level 1 stands on its own and delivers meaningful benefit even if participants cannot continue.

Level 2: Mindfulness in everyday life

  1. Week 4
Introduction to mindfulnessWhat it is, how it works, and mindfulness in practice.
  2. Week 5
Mindfulness in everyday activitiesHow to bring mindfulness into the things you already do: eating, walking, listening, working and the moments between meetings.
  3. Week 6
Program wrap-upSummary and key takeaways, resources, next steps and Q&A.

Level 1 participation is required before Level 2.

Taught by someone who knows both worlds

I'm a corporate executive leading a large software development team, and a certified meditation teacher. I understand both organizational realities and personal wellbeing challenges.

That dual perspective helps the program fit naturally within professional environments, while avoiding common pitfalls such as spiritual bypass, therapy-like dynamics or uncomfortable participation expectations.

From students

“As a result of my experience with Clint's class, I strongly recommend it to anyone, period. We live in a time which conspires to keep us unbalanced. Meditation the way Clint teaches it is not just grounding. It is a path to allow you to be the boss of you.”

Rick, Massachusetts · Group class

“I went in with some preconception of what to expect. Clint addressed all possible preconceptions, not so much to reassure any of us but to prepare us mentally and emotionally for greatest benefit. It worked. I arrived with an open mind.”
