Part 2 of the approach
Clarity
See clearly and respond instead of react.
Sharpen your awareness by leveraging techniques to develop mindfulness, both during meditation and in daily life.

Once you can settle, clarity practices train the mind to see what is actually happening, moment to moment, without getting pulled around by it. This is where guided recordings are set aside and you learn to practice on your own. Mindfulness is at work in every pillar, but clarity is where you deliberately train it: noticing, noting and observing with a clear, objective mind.
What you practice
- Insight meditation. You choose an object of contemplation, let the mind settle for a while, then turn your full attention to that object to see it more deeply and gain insight into it.
- Mindful body scan. Noticing sensations precisely, rather than only relaxing them.
- Advanced calm abiding. Steadier, longer periods of stable attention.
- See Hear Feel. Noting what you see, hear and feel, a core technique from Unified Mindfulness.
- Mindfulness in activity. Bringing the same attention to eating, showering, walking and the rest of the day.
What people notice
Better focus, less mental chatter and more space between a trigger and a reaction. You see things as they are, not only as you fear or hope they are.
Calm, clarity and connection are taught together in every format: individuals and communities, teams and enterprise.
